Zecc wins design en build

For a design- and -build competition Zecc Architects has won together with Van Wijnen Zuid the prize to build 56 apartments for housing association Etten-Leur. During a 7 week track a sketch proposal was made which was judged best on a varied set of criteria.

The apartments are featured by broad balconies which are the face of the building on the Kerkwerve side. These balconies put the proportioning of the building to a smaller scale at the Kerkwerve side (the park side).
