Manor Province Utrecht

Hidden behind the trees in the surrounding of Utrecht a wealthy decorated country house is positioned with his origin going back to the 19th century. Zecc designed the renovation and extension of this gorgeous house maintaining the characteristics and monumental value.

The house will be completely restored in the old eclectic style and will be renewed with after isolation and sustainable energy generation being ready for next generations. With some new breakthroughs and the addition of linear interior elements the classic rooms around the monumental staircase will be connected. These linear elements are also added on the backside of the house creating a modern extension with a partly open and partly closed veranda stretching the program towards the well maintained garden. 

The interior will be designd in collaboration with Remy Meijers, Remy Meijers Interiorarchitecture.
