Solitair Cartesiusdriehoek

At the heart of the Cartesiusdriehoek residential development in Utrecht, Zecc is designing the apartment building De Solitair. Commissioned by Keystone Vastgoed, it will be an autonomous building with approximately 80 rented apartments, including seven studio flats and commercial areas. The striking building with rounded corners will have a contemporary industrial character and outdoor areas that connect and flow together on all sides. The building is located in the centre of the green park in Cartesiusdriehoek, where approximately 2,600 residential properties are under construction. The apartments are organised around a central courtyard area with space for greenery and social encounters. An imposing gateway provides access to the deck area and a central bicycle parking.
