Research Redevelopment Telephone Building

Commissioned by Aham Real Estate has Zecc architects researched the transformation of the former telephone exchange in Amsterdam East. The Amsterdam School building built in 1923 lost its function and will be transformed into apartments with the possiblity of offices on the ground floor. The plan provides for an additional floor on the historic basement, where special loft apartments are designed.
